About Speaker Suchitra Ramadas

Suchitra Ramadas is a long time meditator and serves on the faculty of the Art of Living Foundation. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge of meditation, yoga and breathing techniques with others, and has taught hundreds of people techniques to meditate. Suchitra has been teaching adults as well as children for over a decade, regularly speaks on the subject of holistic  healing, and is  a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor. She is currently doing her clinical internship to become a Ayurvedic wellness practitioner, and holds a master’s degree in Economics and Management. She is a long time resident of Cupertino.
