Priya Kasturi founded Wellness by Design to enhance well-being in her community. She is a graduate of the Engage program of Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, based on the mindfulness program at Google.

HEARTFULNESS MEDITATION paves the way for overall well-being by balancing one's existence and improving relationships.  Come experience the beauty of the heart.  Each session consists of two parts:

Helpfulness Relaxation ~ A brief, five-minute guided relaxation technique that helps to relax the body and prepares us for meditation.  It also aids us in getting a restful night's sleep.

Healthfulness Meditation ~ By meditating on the heart, we gradually learn to regulate the mind while exploring the unlimited potential of the heart. Continued practice can enable us to reach profound depths of meditation and achieve inner transformation.

You are invited to come to the library's Auditorium for these meditation sessions on Thursday mornings.  Bring your friends, too!   This is an ongoing program.  No registration is required and participation is free.
