Mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) are widely recognized by healthcare providers as effective and low cost means of addressing many ailments. Come learn about the practice of mindfulness, the concepts behind the practice, the many benefits of mindfulness meditation and how you can start practicing to reap the benefits and lead a happier, stress-free life.

About Speaker Sunil Nethisinghe
Sunil Nethisinghe is an experienced meditator, practicing for over 30 years and deepening his practice four years ago by attending long meditation retreats.  He teaches Mindfulness Meditation classes, both in the US and UK, and has done presentations on the subject at various speaking engagements., including courses for community organizations in Cupertino. Sunil is the founder and CEO of Tri-Culster Consulting Inc. and was previously the Director of NXP Semiconductors in Silicon Valley.  He now dedicates his time to mindfulness meditation, one of his long-time passions, sharing his knowledge and experience by teaching others.
