Event Details

Tai chi is a traditional Chinese exercise. It is practiced with slow gentle movements and rhythmic breathing to promote wellness of one's body, mind and soul. In this introductory class, you will learn the basic postures and breathing techniques from a master instructor.  


Yang Li is an award winning martial arts master and a national    level athlete from China.  Mr. Li has performed in the Shanghai World Expo and has been invited as a guest performer to attend various international culture events.  Currently, he is a chief          instructor with Chinese Performing Arts of America.
